It is true that not everyone needs to have their wisdom teeth removed, but about 85 percent of the population does. If your third molars, or wisdom teeth, are coming in perfectly straight, and your mouth has enough room for the addition of more teeth, then odds are you will not experience a problem; however, for the majority of people, their wisdom teeth come in at angle or fail to successfully erupt from the gums, or their mouth is too small to include the extra teeth.
