Regular hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Summer hours begin and end 30 minutes sooner (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). At least one dentist is always on call to handle emergencies for patients of record.

Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Traverse City, MI so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We bill most traditional insurance plans and are a participating provider with Delta Premier plan.  Please feel free to contact our office if you have a specific question regarding your insurance. We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Fees and co-payments are expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.  If you have any questions regarding fees or financing, please feel free to contact our office manager, Michele.

We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard and Discover as forms of payment.. We also offer a flexible financing option through CareCredit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
